In-person redemption standard

The stay-active guest pass.

GuestNetwork unlocks eligible local perks, benefits, rewards, deals, and experiences only while a guest’s approved stay is active. Eligibility begins with check-in and ends after checkout.

Stay eligibility logic

Exclusive local perks become eligible only while the stay is active.

GuestNetwork is not a generic coupon feed. Because a guest is staying at a participating or approved local address, they become eligible for exclusive community perks, deals, rewards, gifts, experiences, benefits, discounts, and offers during that stay.

Eligibility begins when the stay is active and ends after checkout. Every participating perk is designed to be redeemed in person, helping local businesses convert nearby visitors into real foot traffic.

How the access works

Approved stay address + active stay window + in-person redemption.

The pass is unlocked primarily by where the guest is staying, not by constant live tracking. Offers are curated around approved lodging zones, hotel addresses, Airbnb/VRBO/cabin properties, and merchant corridors.

1

Approved stay location

The guest’s hotel, host property, cabin, or self-entered stay address must be inside an approved destination map.

2

Active stay window

The pass becomes active between check-in and checkout, with special checkout-day urgency.

3

Relevant local offers

Offers are shown based on stay address radius, merchant rules, time windows, and category relevance.

4

In-person redemption

The guest visits the business and redeems with QR, PIN, booking link, or staff confirmation.

In-person only

What qualifies as redemption.

Physical business visit

Guest enters a café, restaurant, shop, gym, spa, market, or local service provider.

Local participation

Guest attends a tour, rental, class, sporting activity, museum, experience, or destination event.

Face-to-face confirmation

Merchant staff or operator confirms redemption through QR, PIN, booking check-in, or service completion.

What does not qualify

Online-only coupons, affiliate links, delivery-only offers, national promo codes, app-only rewards with no visit, passive ad impressions, and generic corporate offers do not belong in GuestNetwork.

Groups and parties

One stay can support multiple eligible guests.

GuestNetwork can support families, wedding parties, sports teams, friend groups, conference attendees, and multi-room bookings while still giving merchants control over redemption limits.

Same stayGuests are connected to an approved lodging address or booking source.
Linked partyAccess can be shared by QR, invite link, room code, host code, or event code.
Rules applyMerchants choose whether offers are per guest, per room, per party, or limited quantity.
In-person onlyFinal redemption still happens physically at the local business or experience.
FAQ

How the stay-active pass works.

GuestNetwork is designed to be simple for guests, controllable for merchants, useful for lodging partners, and measurable for destination organizations.

Is the pass available to everyone?

No. GuestNetwork is designed around approved stay addresses and active check-in/check-out window. Guests become eligible because their stay is active.

Can merchants control their offers?

Yes. Merchants can control the perk, deal, reward, discount, cap, blackout time, redemption method, eligible dates, and audience fit.

Can passes be customized?

Yes. Passes can be designed around cities, neighborhoods, events, sports fans, families, couples, conferences, weddings, wellness travelers, or merchant categories.

How do groups work?

A party staying at the same approved location can receive linked access. Rules can define whether perks are per guest, per room, per booking, per party, or per redemption.
