GuestNetwork is built for trusted, in-person local redemption. These rules help protect guests, merchants, lodging partners, and destination organizations.

Eligible merchants

• Independent local businesses and destination-specific operators.
• Restaurants, cafés, boutiques, gyms, spas, tours, activities, attractions, services, wellness providers, and community venues.
• Businesses that can clearly honor a perk, reward, discount, gift, experience, benefit, or in-person offer.

Merchant controls

Merchants may control caps, blackout dates, guest types, valid times, booking rules, waiver requirements, safety requirements, age restrictions, and redemption methods.

Not allowed

• Misleading or bait-and-switch offers.
• Online-only coupons with no in-person visit.
• Delivery-only offers.
• Generic national chain clutter not tied to local discovery.
• Unsafe, unlicensed, or non-compliant activities.
